Ham and Scalloped Potatoes

6-8 slices ham
8-10 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1-2 onions, thinly sliced
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
can of cream of mushroom soup

Put half of ham, potatoes and onions in crockpot. sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese. repeat layers. spoon soup over top. cover. cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4 hours.

Made it on Easter...was perfect for after church it was ready. Life was certainly less hectic that day!!!
